The first step is understanding the scope of work and your needs and preferences. We start with an intake questionnaire and encourage you to book a free consultation call. You can share images of your space as well as what you like.
A whole room, or just one piece, we spend the time to get it right.
No project is too small, and we can advise on furniture from a wide selection of trade-quality furnishings.
Capsule Creation for Multiple Pieces
Based on your needs and information provided during the Intake, MyDesigner creates a custom Capsule. Your Capsule will include 3 options from each category you specify.
Mix and Match across the Capsule. You can't go wrong.
Items are chosen from across vendors and everything is selected with your space in mind. Product descriptions, dimensions, and prices will be included.
Capsule Creation for One Piece
Tell us about a piece you want to replace, or a space you need to fill. Submit photos of your existing space and feel free to add items you've found that you like.
Finishing Touch or Anchor Piece?
Sometimes all it takes is a singular upgrade. We can ensure your piece aligns with the rest of your space and give you that “where did you get that?” status.
Canvas View
Your Capsule items can be viewed on a Canvas, showing how pieces relate to each other in tone, texture and balance.
The Canvas is a digital mood board that pulls together the vision.
Rather than offering a virtual room layout, which can produce distorted proportions and imagery, we provide a thoughtfully composed visual layout in our Canvas. To truly experience furniture and rug placement, we recommend marking the footprint in your space using blue painter's tape. This simple step allows you to experience scale and movement before making your purchase.
Checking Out
Once you confirm your selections, we generate an invoice, place your order, and provide delivery updates.
MyDesigner has direct relationships with furniture manufacturers.
All furniture items, excluding rugs, are delivered via a White-Glove service. Everything will arrive after inspection and set up for you in your home. End to end, the process is easy for you.

We curate recommendations from a deep collection of trade-quality furnishings, all hand-selected from trusted vendors we meet with at the Fall and Spring furniture markets.
